Is Mobcos a legitimate store? Are your products authentic?

Yes. Mobcos is a UAE-based online retailer and every product we sell is 100% authentic, sourced from the brands and their official distributors. That covers our full range — from Burga, Pitaka, Mous and Mujjo phone cases to Plum, Dot & Key and mCaffeine skincare, and designer fragrances from houses like Versace, Burberry and Montblanc.

We operate from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and serve customers across the UAE and the wider GCC through mobcos.com.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — delivery is free across the UAE and GCC.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver across the UAE and the GCC, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are processed within a few business days, and delivery time then depends on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your order is urgent, email support@mobcos.com and we'll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus buy-now-pay-later installments through Tamara and Tabby.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Choose Tamara or Tabby at checkout to split your purchase into interest-free installments, subject to the provider's approval and terms.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order. Just email support@mobcos.com with the subject line "cancel". If your order has already shipped, it will be handled as a return instead.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, email support@mobcos.com. Please note some items can't be returned, including personal care and beauty products, custom items, sale items and gift cards.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered — we'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return and approved the refund, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received one, check your spam folder or email support@mobcos.com with your order number.

Do you have discount codes?

We regularly run discount codes, and most of our catalogue already carries markdowns of 30–70% off the regular price. Check the banner on our homepage for the current offer.
